How does an HDB resale purchase work?+

What qualifies as a Good Class Bungalow?+
Good Class Bungalows are landed homes in designated areas. They must meet planning rules, including minimum plot size and building controls. Ownership is restricted, so check current eligibility before making an offer.
How do freehold and leasehold homes differ?+
Freehold ownership has no fixed lease end date. Leasehold homes have a set term, often 99 or 999 years. The remaining lease can affect loans and resale, so check the title and lender rules.
